This special skincare recipe comes from Ethiopia, and is apt for those places that we want to be a little more smooth. This pack helps you get rid of cellulite and other marks. Take one cup of ground coffee, 6 tbsp of sea salt and 3 tbsp of olive oil. Mix all of them well and apply the scrub onto skin in a circular motion. Rinse and repeat it at least twice a week.
Blemish treatment pack:
This skincare pack from India helps to deep clean the skin and remove blemishes and scars. In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of black pepper. Mix it well and apply it to wet face and neck. Gently run skin in a circular motion for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Anti-ageing treatment pack:
This one is from Spain and it works wonders for treating baggy eyes and fine lines. Take one potato and cut into two thick slices. Lay down with your eyes closed and put the slices on top of your eyes. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Glow treatment pack:
This one is from Iran and works well on your skin. If you want to bring back your natural glow and feel fresh, then this one’s for you. It smells great and refreshes you instantly. Crush 3 strawberries in a bowl, add 1 egg white, 1 tbsp each of rose water and rice flour. Mix all of them and apply to on your face and next. Let it sit for 30 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.
This one is from Cuba, and it’s filled with antioxidants. It is perfect for exfoliation and cleansing. Take 1 fresh tomato and 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Cut the tomatoes in half and dip one piece of the tomato in a small bowl of brown sugar and mix it well. Rub in a circular motion onto your face and neck and rinse off with warm water.
Supple and smooth hands pack:
If you are looking for some pack that will help you achieve soft hands, then this is for you. Take 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. Combine both of them in a bowl and rub on your hand for 3-4 minutes. Gently massage into your hands for another minute and repeat it thrice. Rinse it off, and your hand will become soft.
This one is from Australia. When it comes to healing and hydrating the skin, papaya is considered a very good option. It helps heal and soothe skin. Papaya contains vitamins A, C, and E, and the enzyme pepsin found in papaya can smooth skin and hydrate dry skin. Use papaya peel or papaya pieces and rub it on your face for 5 minutes. Do this thrice a week for better results.
